1. Introduction
These Terms of Use set out the basic conditions that apply when using the SkelbiuPerku.lt website. On the site we provide listing hosting and intermediary services – we give users the ability to post information about goods or services for sale or wanted, and to get in touch with one another.

3. Our Role
We are an intermediary providing the technical platform for hosting listings. We are not the seller of the goods or services offered in listings and are not responsible for their quality, legality, the accuracy of their descriptions, or the completion of transactions between users. Disputes about goods or services are resolved directly between the buyer and the seller.
4. Registration and Account
To use certain features, you need to create an account and provide accurate information. One person may hold only one account. The user is responsible for the security of their login credentials and for all actions taken using their account.
5. Content Requirements
Listings and other content submitted by users must be truthful, lawful, and not misleading. It is prohibited to post content that violates applicable law, the rights of third parties, or accepted standards of morality.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The design, functionality, and trademark of the Site belong to us. Intellectual property rights to the content you upload (listing text, photos) remain yours, but by uploading content you grant us the right to display, store, and distribute it on the Site for the purpose of its operation.
7. Our Rights
We have the right to change the Site's functionality, suspend access for maintenance work, and remove content or restrict an account if these Terms or applicable law are violated.
8. User Obligations
By using the Site, you agree to act honestly and lawfully, not to use automated tools to collect data from the Site, not to disrupt the Site's operation, and not to use it to carry out competing activity.

Reviews must be honest and based on genuine user experience. Paid or automated reviews are prohibited. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate this rule.
